How It Works

You can be a part of CareFree’s AEP Incentive Program where you can earn a $50 incentive for each new MA/MAPD plan written using the new CareCompare online enrollment tool for a January 1, 2021 effective date. Incentives are scheduled to be distributed biweekly starting in November with a true-up occuring after AEP. See below for full Program eligibility details.

Qualifiers

This Program is intended for individual street level or licensed agents as specifically identified by CareFree. Only those agents who are invited, in writing, to participate in this Program by CareFree may qualify. Not all agents are eligible due to compliance requirements and sales performance criteria. Agencies and call center agents are excluded from this Program.

Qualifying Period

Enrollments submitted from October 15 through December 7, 2020 (or through December 31, 2020 if there is an available SEP to the beneficiary) with an effective date of January 1, 2021.

Qualifying Sales and Requirements

All enrollments must be new sales to CareFree and submitted through the CareCompare online enrollment tool only. Only enrollments through the following CareCompare contracted carriers: Aetna, Allwell, Cigna, Devoted Health (FL, TX), Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthNet, Medica, Preferred Care Partners, Simply Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare, Wellcare. Renewals and/or replacements (plan changes from carrier to carrier OR from plan to plan within the same carrier) do not qualify for incentives under this Program.

Qualifying Products

Only Medicare Advantage enrollments (including MA, MAPD, C-SNPs and D-SNPs) submitted through the CareCompare enrollment tool.

Program Payment

In order to process payments, we must first have your W-9. You can download, complete and return the W-9 Form and the CareFree ACH Authorization Form for direct deposit payment. Please allow up to two pay cycles for your ACH process to go into effect. We strongly encourage direct deposit as paper checks take 7-10 days to process. Payment Schedule:

• Enrollments accepted between October 15 and October 30 will be processed by November 5
• Enrollments accepted between October 31 and November 13 will be processed by November 19
• Enrollments accepted between November 14 and November 27 will be processed by December 3
• Enrollments accepted after November 27 and all true-ups will be processed post-AEP reconciliation
