In the meantime, we encourage all agents to take advantage of our virtual tools, such as CareCompare, to continue to successfully engage with clients – remotely! CareCompare is the industry-leading remote sales tool, with the most advanced multi-carrier, MA/PDP and mobile-friendly enrollment capabilities, and CMS compliant e-signature & e-scope of appointment delivered through text message & email. If conducting in-person visits, you are encouraged to call your client on the day of your appointment to confirm you are both in good health. Additionally, limit exposure to germs by not shaking hands, practicing social distancing, and using hand sanitizer regularly as recommended by the CDC.
Your ability to service your clients in a safe and effective way is exponentially more important than risking contracting and spreading COVID-19. Please be safe and know that we will do everything we can to support you and your clients.
