Underwriting Pre-Screening

Did you know Medico agents can call 800-626-2068 and speak directly to an underwriter? This provides agents with an opportunity to discuss a potential applicant’s health history with the underwriter and receive guidance on whether or not to submit the application.

Based on the information available, the underwriter may be able to provide agents with additional questions to ask the applicant to help determine whether he or she should submit the application. Pre-screening is not a guarantee the applicant will qualify.
